Heather is the owner of EarthSmarte Water of Indiana.
Before launching ESW Indiana, Heather spent 21 years working for two professional NBA teams. 18 of those years were spent with the Indiana Pacers.
As a third-generation Water Specialist, Heather is committed to carrying out her family's mission of healthy water for all. Combining her passion for Central Indiana with her support of international initiatives, Heather continues her work towards providing healthy, drinkable water for all.
Madison is a student at Iliff School of Theology, studying her Masters of Social Justice and Ethics. Madi also serves as the Young Adults Pastor at The Gathering in St. Louis, MO.
Like her family, providing access to healthy drinking water is inherent to her life's passions.
Previously, she has worked with the Mozambique Initiative to provide safe well water to Mozambican communities. She's also passionate about justice initiatives that promote every person's right to healthy, drinkable water.

William 'Bill' Denton joined Culligan as a Portable Tank Delivery person in 1958.
Throughout the years, he worked his way up, becoming General Manager in 1980.
In his time with Culligan-Indianapolis, he became a Certified Water Specialist (CWS-1) through the National Water Quality Association.
In the 10 years before he passed, Bill was one of the most prominent DI Portable Education Plant Designers in the world. He helped to design over 40 DI Plants for Culligan USA.
Bill passed his love of water along to his son, Terry Denton.
In 1973, Terry went to work for Culligan as a DI Plant Technician.
In 1985, Terry stepped into the world of sales. He became a Certified Water Specialist (CWS-1) in 1986. By 1993, Terry had achieved all six levels of certification.
Today, he is designated as a Master Water Specialist and a CWS-6.
Terry began his own company in 2003. Today, they are one of two companies in the US that offers Salt-Free Water Systems.
With Heather, the family legacy continues. After 21 years in professional sports, Heather launched ESW Indiana, Inc. in 2017.
Heather has worked alongside amazing professional athletes to support their efforts to make the world a better place. Her charitable work has spanned over four continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
Philanthropic efforts include partnering w/ Nehemiah Ministry/George Hill in Haiti; and Ian Mahinmi I AM Foundation in Benin, Africa.
Now a family affair, we are committed to the work of bringing safe drinking water into every home.
